At Collage, the atmosphere matters just as much as the food. We love it when the restaurant fills with conversation and guests of all generations. These walls hold more than two centuries of history: cigars have been rolled, wine stored and conversations shared here. Today, we carry that history forward through French cooking with a distinctly Gothenburg warmth.
Our menu is created by head chef Liam Valentine and assistant head chef Björn Paulsrud Sirbäck. Their inspiration comes from favourite brasseries in Paris and New York, with both feet firmly on Sweden’s west coast. Classic, playful and full of love for the ingredients.
